How are deposits and minimum sales handled for private events?
A deposit is required at booking to reserve your private event date. The event deposit can be applied toward the host’s jewelry purchase or transferred to a guest of their choice, as designated by the host.
If the total event sales exceed the minimum, and the host chooses not to use the full deposit toward jewelry, the unused portion can be refunded to the host after the event.
If the minimum isn’t met through guest purchases, the host is responsible for covering the remaining balance. All terms will be clearly outlined during booking so everything feels simple and stress-free!
